The FIAT ABARTH 131 was a formidable rally car, developed by Fiat, Abarth, and Bertone to replace the 124 Abarth Rally, and it won three World Championship titles. It featured lightweight, aerodynamic construction with resin and aluminum panels, wider wheel arches, spoilers, and air intakes. Power came from a 1995cc, 16-valve, twin-cam four-cylinder engine, producing 140 hp in the road version and up to 245 hp in racing models.
